WLD · ERP as a service for EMS

An ERP made for EMS, not adapted to it.

WLD carries a high-mix order from the customer's enquiry to the invoice: the quote, the BOM, live component prices, purchasing, planning, the shop floor and the quality evidence your customers audit, in one system. Jalacons maps it to how your company works, hosts it as your own installation and runs it for you.

Who it is for

Built for manufacturing to order.

WLD is for electronics manufacturing services (EMS) companies and, since WLD 2.0, machinery subcontractors: machining, laser cutting, bending, welding and finishing.

It fits high-mix, low-volume manufacturing to order, where every order needs its own quote, its own materials and its own quality evidence, and where a generic ERP ends up in spreadsheets around the edges.

The platform

Eight modules, from RFQ to invoice.

Modules go live in phases, configured around your workflows, decisions and controls. The statutory ledger stays in Procountor, which WLD feeds.

01

RFQ and quoting

Every RFQ on one controlled path, with PCB price estimates from your own quote history and current market data.

02

Purchasing and consignment

MOQ, MPQ and lead times built into every purchase proposal, and customer-owned stock with explicit liability rules.

03

Material planning

Regenerative MRP nets the whole open order book against stock, purchase orders and production, and shows what is short.

04

Job pipeline

One flow from backlog through NPI and purchasing to done, including engineering work before production.

05

Planning board

Work centres with planned dates, and readiness colours that show which jobs have their materials and can run.

06

Production and shop floor

Work time per work centre, completions and scrap recorded at the source, and batch and serial traceability.

07

Quality and traceability

Inspection plans, first-article inspection, nonconformance and CAPA, calibration and audits, tied to the same orders.

08

Job costing and invoicing

Actual cost per job from recorded time and material, and invoices that feed your accounting in Procountor.

Flagship capability

BOM import with AI scrubbing

Import a messy customer, CAD or engineering BOM from Excel. WLD matches the lines to your items, suggests manufacturer part numbers with a confidence score, and checks price, stock and lead time at eight distributors: DigiKey, Mouser, Farnell, Arrow, Future, Würth, Bossard and Fabory. Nothing is saved until a person has reviewed and accepted it.

Quality evidence

Built for audited industries.

EMS companies build for markets that audit their suppliers. WLD keeps the records those audits look for in the same system that runs the order, so the evidence is captured while the work is done.

How an engagement works

Three steps. No big-bang risk.

01 · 2–4 weeks · fixed price

EMS Process Blueprint

We map your real workflows, decisions, exceptions and data. You get a phased implementation plan and a binding estimate for phase one, and you can take the blueprint and walk away.

02 · milestone billing

Phased build

Each phase is built, tested and accepted against criteria agreed before work starts. You pay for accepted progress, not elapsed time.

03 · managed service

Your own application, run by us

A dedicated application, hosted and operated by Jalacons with contracted availability, backups and tested recovery, and improved under explicit change control.

Pricing

From EUR 1,500 per month.

The managed service is priced by the size and complexity of your operation, from EUR 1,500 per month for companies with EUR 1–5 million revenue. The monthly fee starts when the first production module goes live.

Connections

Works with what you have.

WLD feeds Procountor with invoices, journals and payroll data, imports open orders from an existing ERP such as Visma Nova, keeps Zoho CRM in step, and reads price, stock and lead time from eight distributors. The interface speaks 17 languages.

FAQ

Questions about WLD

Does WLD replace our accounting software?
No. WLD runs the operating side, from enquiry to invoice, and feeds Procountor. The statutory ledger stays in Procountor.
Can we start with one module?

Is WLD shared with other customers?
No. Each customer gets its own dedicated installation: one company per application, hosted and operated by Jalacons.
Where is WLD hosted?
In the datacentre region you choose: Helsinki, Falkenstein or Nuremberg to keep data in the EU, or Ashburn, Hillsboro or Singapore.
Which languages does WLD support?
The interface is available in 17 languages.
What does WLD cost?
The managed service starts from EUR 1,500 per month for companies with EUR 1–5 million revenue. The EMS Process Blueprint and the build are quoted for your operation.
