What this website collects

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, loads nothing from third parties and has no forms. It does not track you.

When you load a page, the service that hosts the site processes technical data, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's identifier, to deliver the page and to protect the service against misuse. We use this data for no other purpose.

When you email us

If you email us, we process your name, your email address and whatever you write, to answer you and to handle any business that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, when you ask for an offer, steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

We keep correspondence as long as it is needed for that purpose, and longer only where accounting or other laws require it. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. Our service providers process personal data outside the EU/EEA only with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form where that applies. Email us to use these rights.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).

We update this notice when the site changes, for example if we ever add analytics. The date at the top shows the current version.
