Jalacons designs, builds and operates two products: WLD, an ERP for electronics and machinery manufacturers that build to order, and UBM, a universal IoT platform for gathering data in the field. Both turn raw data into information you can act on, delivered as software as a service. The company that built your system is the one that answers for it.

WLD turns enquiries, BOMs and shop-floor records into quotes, purchase proposals and quality evidence. UBM gathers measurements in the field, and our software as a service turns them into information, as the JALIO sample shows for grain silos.

A universal IoT board with isolated industrial I/O, motion sensors and 4G/5G IoT, turned into the measuring device you need. A quick redesign sprint around your needs makes it a totally new product for you to bring to market. JALIO silo monitoring is one sample.

Industrial systems usually pass through many hands: a hardware supplier, a software house, an integrator, a hosting provider. Ours don't. Every layer below comes from Jalacons, so there is one place where responsibility sits.

UBM platform
Any measurement. One base.
UBM, the Universal Base Module, is our universal data-gathering IoT platform. The main board carries the controller, motion and environmental sensors and galvanically isolated industrial I/O. Sensors, add-in cards and firmware turn it into a specific device, and our software as a service turns its data into information.

Silo monitoring
Temperature and relative humidity in grain and feed silos, turned into moisture risk and alerts. Shown in JALIO, the sample application of UBM.
Electricity quality meter
Voltage, current and power quality on three-phase supplies, measured through an isolated metering board on the same base.
Your product, licensed
A quick redesign sprint turns UBM into a totally new product of your own. Jalacons does the redesign without development cost and takes a fee for each unit manufactured.
Principles
Your data where you expect it
JALIO stores its data on a server in Finland. Each WLD customer gets a dedicated installation in the region it chooses, and EU data can stay in the EU.
Clear about scope
Each product says what it does and what it leaves to other systems. WLD, for example, feeds your accounting in Procountor rather than replacing it.
